Return & Damage Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging at DreamAetherwares@gmail.com. Each case is reviewed individually. While a refund or replacement is not guaranteed, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

As a small, artist-run business, we kindly ask that all communication remains respectful and courteous. We truly appreciate your support and understanding.

Shipping Policy

In-stock items are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order items will have their estimated processing and shipping timelines clearly listed in their product descriptions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and location.

We will always keep our customers updated throughout the process—no worries, we care about you! Thank you for supporting local art.

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Handmade Disclaimer

All items are handmade and may have slight variations in color, shape, or finish. These differences are part of the unique nature of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

Custom Orders Policy

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun.

Processing times for custom orders will vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.
